The Kaniksu Sands COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION will consist of ALL the OWNERS in the Kaniksu Sands Development, including both condominium owners and cottage owners.

The purpose of the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION is to hold ownership of and be responsible for the maintenance of the common assets of ALL the owners, which will include:

  1. The community drinking water and irrigation systems and their associated distribution trunks.
  2. The community signage and area lighting.
  3. The community landscape maintenance, including snow removal from community
    pathways and parking areas.
  4. Such other services as the owners consider necessary or desirable.

The COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION will be governed by COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION BYLAWS, an initial draft of which is currently being prepared and which will be provided to ALL owners before closing of any purchase within the Community
