Note: Community Association and Condominium Association fees are estimated for the first year of operation on a "best effort" basis using current informaion. The associations will come into effect upon reaching 90% occupancy of the community and each condominium building respectively. Until that time BK Hill, LLC will collect the fees and manage the Property on behalf of the owners. After the respective associations are formed and boards of directors are elecvted then the respective associations will each collect their own fees for payment to BK Hill, LLC who will continue to manage the property.
